  Rae, Delivered today in bomb proof crating. Installed now in a kitchen window that formerly looked outside but, after an expansion, now faces into a hallway art gallery. This can be illuminated from the gallery. Looks great.

One is of the original windows with the leaded glass (that I am keeping), note that the glass is flat and not beveled. The second photo is of one of the windows I am replacing.   It’s been awhile since our pantry door arrived and was installed. After we resolved some issues with the stainers the door is *finally* in place and all trimmed out.

  Question:
  The New Mexico sun can produce some ferocious heat. I noticed that the window became very hot to the touch yesterday afternoon when the sun was shining directly on it.
  Should we be concerned about too much sun heating in regard to the solder joints and glass?
