What can be returned?

  • We accept returns for non-custom products that are in stock at the time of your request. Custom-made products are unfortunately not eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact. Used or damaged items may not be accepted for return.

How to request a return:

  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide the following information in your request:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for your return
  • We will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
