  Hi Rae, Thank you so much for your help with my window order. I've attached 3 photos of the room where the new windows will be installed. One is of the original windows with the leaded glass (that I am keeping), note that the glass is flat and not beveled. The second photo is of one of the windows I am replacing.   It’s been awhile since our pantry door arrived and was installed. After we resolved some issues with the stainers the door is *finally* in place and all trimmed out.

  It is BEAUTIFUL! We can’t thank you and your team enough for the eye-popping design, brilliant craftsmanship, careful packaging and excellent support in getting it to us here in New Hampshire. It is the centerpiece of our remodeled kitchen.

  It took us some time to install this beautiful stained glass into position as we were delayed in getting new windows installed in home.

  However, we now have it in position in a window that overlooks our outdoor kitchen and bar, which was the original intent. It is back lit with remote control led lights, and as you can see, it shows very well from the table or from our bar area.

  We are very pleased with it!

  Question:
  The New Mexico sun can produce some ferocious heat. I noticed that the window became very hot to the touch yesterday afternoon when the sun was shining directly on it.
  Should we be concerned about too much sun heating in regard to the solder joints and glass?

  As promised, here is a photograph of the installed stained glass window. We are thrilled with the window and the light it produces when the sun strikes it! The window is an anniversary gift to each other. We were particularly surprised and impressed by the magnificent shipping crate (bullet-proof and practical design complete with handle). Normally, we would discard shipping containers but yours is a keeper. We have no idea how we will use it but we won't discard it -- too well thought-out.

  Dear Rae,

  It has been awhile since I communicated with you, but I haven’t forgotten you. In the last communication we were going to find a stained glass repair company here in NJ. We found one in Paterson, 70 miles north of here. Actually, it was near where we used to live. So, before we went to FL in February, we drove the window up to them. They are very nice and took us on a tour of their place; glass room, layout room, fabricator room, etc. We went to FL for March and picked it up when we returned. Our contractor was already on another job, then his wife was in the hospital. What could go wrong did. He finally came last week. It is in!!!! It is beautiful. We love it. I’m posting the original opening as it looked when we moved in. Then the opening with the window in place from both dining room side and kitchen. If you need a different angle to show customers or for any other reason, just let me know and I’ll be glad to send more pictures.

  Thank you so much for all your kindness and patience with the returns and repair of the window. I will certainly give you high grades.
