Question:
The New Mexico sun can produce some ferocious heat. I noticed that the window became very hot to the touch yesterday afternoon when the sun was shining directly on it.
Should we be concerned about too much sun heating in regard to the solder joints and glass?Best,

The window was installed yesterday; great job. The inside has to be finished, i.e. stained. I hope to begin & complete the work in the next few days. When all done, I will edit my review to add the photos. If you would like I could include pics with the installed A/C through the wall unit, inside & out. Just wanted to share the below photos. I ended up getting my measurements wrong and it’s a little to big to hang it where I thought I would. I’m glad I did - it’s perfect! That being said, I’ll need to decide where it’s going. I truly can’t thank you all enough! It’s more beautiful than I could have imagined, and my mother would have loved it!
