  Hi Rae. I’m delighted with my new stained glass window which was just installed this morning. Rather than removing the existing frosted glass window, my contractor decided to build a white wooden frame around the stained glass to secure it directly in front of the existing frosted glass window. That way we didn’t risk damaging your beautiful piece or worrying about the window leaking in the future. Since this window is in the second floor and not really visible from the street, this method was fine with me as it looks great from inside our guest bedroom which is all I cared about. Now it looks like a piece of art on the wall!

  I've been meaning to send you these for years, but never got the kitchen done. We finally got it finished, and sold the house, and moved to Kansas City.

  My wife and I really loved those windows. They were a huge feature in our kitchen! I'm sad we can't repeat them in our new home - maybe we'll find a way some day.

  Dear Rae,

  It has been awhile since I communicated with you, but I haven’t forgotten you. In the last communication we were going to find a stained glass repair company here in NJ. We found one in Paterson, 70 miles north of here. Actually, it was near where we used to live. So, before we went to FL in February, we drove the window up to them. They are very nice and took us on a tour of their place; glass room, layout room, fabricator room, etc. We went to FL for March and picked it up when we returned. Our contractor was already on another job, then his wife was in the hospital. What could go wrong did. He finally came last week. It is in!!!! It is beautiful. We love it. I’m posting the original opening as it looked when we moved in. Then the opening with the window in place from both dining room side and kitchen. If you need a different angle to show customers or for any other reason, just let me know and I’ll be glad to send more pictures.

  Hi Derek,

  Just wanted to say how happy we are with our stained glass Bird Gathering panel.
  I have hung it in my kitchen garden window and it is so beautiful. We have Humming
  bird feeders just outside and the the panel is a lovely backdrop to all our wild birds in
  the mountains of North Carolina.

  Happy New Year!!! I am sorry it has take. Me so long to send you this. It took us a bit to get the door installed and painted. And then the holidays and a new grand baby rolled around! God has been so gracious to us!!
