    Here is the installation of our recent (Tuesday, 6/7) stained-glass delivery. This project achieved the goal of permitting light and, yet, ensuring privacy. Another goal was retaining visual access to the sky and rooftops from a Loft Studio plus having access to the mechanics of the windows. We are excited by the result.

    I ended up getting my measurements wrong and it’s a little to big to hang it where I thought I would. I’m glad I did - it’s perfect! That being said, I’ll need to decide where it’s going.     Well, we don't get California sunsets around here, but the sun just happened to be directly behind the lily window and it did make some nice light effects.
    Taking pictures from different angles gave a nice photo effect. The sun window is on the other side of the house, so the sun won't shine directly through it, ironically.

    Derek,

    It took us some time to install this beautiful stained glass into position as we were delayed in getting new windows installed in home.

    However, we now have it in position in a window that overlooks our outdoor kitchen and bar, which was the original intent. It is back lit with remote control led lights, and as you can see, it shows very well from the table or from our bar area.

    We are very pleased with it!
