  Hi Rae, Thank you so much for your help with my window order. I've attached 3 photos of the room where the new windows will be installed. One is of the original windows with the leaded glass (that I am keeping), note that the glass is flat and not beveled. The second photo is of one of the windows I am replacing.   I took the last two with a better camera and only reduced the size so they'd not overload the email with data. Originally they were around 10mb per photo. I can send those two again by themselves at a bit higher resolution later this evening when I get home from work. I'd be happy to review your company, and the work you did.   As promised, here is a photograph of the installed stained glass window. We are thrilled with the window and the light it produces when the sun strikes it! The window is an anniversary gift to each other. We were particularly surprised and impressed by the magnificent shipping crate (bullet-proof and practical design complete with handle). Normally, we would discard shipping containers but yours is a keeper. We have no idea how we will use it but we won't discard it -- too well thought-out.

  Hi Rae. I’m delighted with my new stained glass window which was just installed this morning. Rather than removing the existing frosted glass window, my contractor decided to build a white wooden frame around the stained glass to secure it directly in front of the existing frosted glass window. That way we didn’t risk damaging your beautiful piece or worrying about the window leaking in the future. Since this window is in the second floor and not really visible from the street, this method was fine with me as it looks great from inside our guest bedroom which is all I cared about. Now it looks like a piece of art on the wall!

  Hi Rae,

  Our poor R&L driver delivered our stained glass yesterday in the middle of a Michigan blizzard. They went above and beyond to make the delivery and all was perfectly handled and packaged!

  We couldn’t wait to hang them today and got them up this afternoon. You were not kidding, the stain glass is amazing! The pictures do not do them justice, those round jeweled details are just gorgeous. We can’t wait to show our family and friends. Enclosing some pictures so you can see the final product.   Hello,

  I have been meaning to send pictures of the glass installed. I finally remembered today. There was no glass in this door prior to installing this window. The pattern matches some other glass we have in the house. Couldn’t be happier.
