I picked up the window last night and opened it. It seems to have made the trip without problems and it's beautiful. Two things I was a little worried about turn out to be of no consequence.
The photographs you sent gave the impression that some of the reds and oranges were more opaque than they are but in reality they are nicely translucent. Also I had worried that the tempered glass casing would somehow detract from the textures and that doesn't seem to be a problem at all. It measures out exactly to my specifications and is gorgeous.
One of the spectacular surprises which may be less apparent when it's installed is that when back-lit standing on a horizontal surface, the rippled glass, particularly the sun's reflection on the water, spills a stream of sparkling light beyond the window onto the adjacent surface. Thank you.

I've been meaning to contact you since receiving my stained glass last week. 1st, please accept my most sincere gratitude for shipping the piece to me so quickly and also for covering the shipping!
My carpenter was able to get the piece installed quite easily, and like you said, it fit perfectly!!! It looks fantastic and really gives a whole new feeling to our basement. We truly love it and are so glad that we found your company and that you were able to customize the perfect addition to our renovation.
I've attached a few pictures as promised, they don't really do it justice, but we are so pleased. We're already looking at other windows in our house, especially our master bathroom, and 3 other windows in our basement for more stained glass. I'll be contacting you shortly after we pick out the right ones from your website. Thanks again!!!!

Please tell whoever picked the glass that they did a wonderful job. I really love the glass in the clouds! The sunset coming through that glass is fantastic!
The crab is really cool too. It's amazing how you can create expressions on the "faces" of the pieces!
